Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 days. 
This can be delayed due to, but not limited to, acts of god, weather, holidays, size of shipment, law enforcement, etc. Bona Voluntate will do everything in their power to mitigate issues and provide efficient service to clients.

Delays may occur out of Bona Voluntates control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Bona Voluntate can ship to PO boxes per customer request. Bona Voluntate does not assume liability for missing or lost items.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking will be provided as soon as the products ship. Confirmation will be sent as soon as we receive your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bona Voluntate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Bona Voluntate is not liable for international seizures. It is the clients responsibility to know what they can import based on local and regional laws.
Damages
Bona Voluntate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Bona Voluntate will attempt delivery to any country where CBD and Hemp are legal. Client is to know if they can import the products prior to placing orders. Failure to check can result in seizures and further penalties from local customs.
